In 2011, the FC Barcelona Foundation adopted the approach of three-stage football, known as Fútbol 3 (football in three stages), as it consists of three educational parts.
First, before the match, the teams agree on the rules. Then, in a second phase, they play according to what they had agreed on, and finally, they reflect on whether the rules that were agreed upon have been observed.
Since the time of its adoption, FutbolNet has grown worldwide, and has been introduced in many countries. This program is a good way of promoting education and the positive values of this sport among children and the young people.
In this way, two decades after the death of Andrés Escobar, whose assassination led to the creation of this three-stage football, not only has a determined commitment been made to this program, but it has become the project with most international presence in a relatively short time.
A book written by Jordi Rovira, (Barça reaches everybody), has been published. Enjoy more pictures and the music of Paco Viciana in this video.
